The plans, specifications and other documents on this website relating to the units and the buildings containing the units (the "Plans and Specifications") are subject to completion (to the extent the same are not yet finalized) and the developer reserves the right to substitute or change fixtures, equipment and materials, and make other modifications to the Plans and Specifications as the developer determines, in its sole and absolute discretion. Statements of square footages of the units, may be made in the Plans and Specifications; however, such statements are approximations only as square footage calculations may be made in a variety of manners. No purchaser of any unit shall have the right to make or request any changes to the Plans and Specifications.

THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE SOLELY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN AN EXECUTED PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT, THE DEVELOPER HAS NO OBLIGATION TO CONSTRUCT ANY UNIT OR BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. TO THE EXTENT YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO ANY UNIT, THE TERMS OF SUCH PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN IN ALL RESPECTS WITH RESPECT TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
