As a member of the Sunrise Ridge Condominium Association (SRCOA), you can take advantage of numerous services and amenities available exclusively for you and your guests:

Sunrise Ridge Shuttle Service – The Sunrise Ridge Shuttle is available at the Sunrise Ridge Clubhouse. For pick up, please call clubhouse at (406)993-2395. Available on weekends during the winter and select weekends during the summer.

Sunrise Ridge ClubHouse – The Clubhouse and pool are for use exclusively by Sunrise Ridge owners and guests. Please stop by to pick up your key to the Clubhouse from the Clubhouse Manager. The Clubhouse is open 24/7 for your convenience, and is staffed full-time during peak seasonal periods. The SRR Clubhouse phone number is (406) 993-2395.

This fully-featured facility has been designed to seamlessly integrate into the surrounding landscape. The south-facing stone-paved sun terrace features an infinity-edged lap pool, outdoor spa, terrace deck, and fire pit. Inside, you'll find the latest commercial grade exercise equipment, changing rooms, steam room, sauna, massage room, and gathering space for you and your guests.

Additional services that are included in your regular condominium assessments are:

Home Maintenance Services – A full time property manager on site 40 hours a week provides bi-monthly building walk thrus of your home and on a daily basis when temperatures are below zero degrees Fahrenheit.

Other services provided by the Association include:

* Snowplowing and street sweeping

* Roof shoveling

* Trash removal

* Exterior building repair and maintenance

* Landscape maintenance and weed control management

* Insect and pest control

* Annual fire suppression inspections

* Annual boiler inspections

* Insurance - Your home is covered by a blanket liability insurance policy for full replacement value of the unit. Additionally the Association carries earthquake  insurance. For additional insurance information, please contact your property manager.
